My family and I have been customers of Ell’s for many years and in all these years there hasn’t ever been a time we haven’t felt welcome. From always being greeted by staff when you walk in the door to the help during a transaction, they are always pleasant. Thank you for always being so helpful! Thank you for always making the extra effort to find something that I could barely describe in words. Highly recommend Ell’s.

Ell’s Jewelry is the only place I purchase my jewellery from. The staff is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what is in style. I have been a client of theirs for about 10 years and have always left happy with my new piece. They are also a great place to find one of a kind vintage pieces and things that no one else will have. I definitely recommend them!

I love this Jewelry store! They are so friendly and helpful and they now carry Kendra Scott which a great bonus! I brought a watch in for a battery and a very expensive MK watch in hopes that they could fix it(I broke the crystal over 1 year ago). They told me that there was a chance that it would not be fixable because it had sat for so long but to my amazement they fixed it and it was very affordable.

Very friendly and professional, not pushy. They really make you feel welcome and glad you made the decision to get your jewelry repaired by them. Their prices are reasonable also! They also offer Kendra Scott jewelry. They just really have a beautiful and big selection. If they don't have it, they can find it for y'all.

23 years ago we were lucky enough to find ELL’s Jewelry. What a rare find! Not only do they have a great selection of beautiful jewelry with reasonable pricing they become family. We’ve never considered purchasing jewelry anywhere else. From day one they went over and above staying late, working with an engagement ring purchased from another jeweler (who wasn’t interested in helping me find the perfect setting) to find the perfect wedding setting. They remounted and customized to perfection and did it on a rush so we could get married the following week. Mind you this was on a Saturday and they are closed Sunday and Monday and we left on Thursday morning. The customer service and creative skills are flawless. Two of our three sons have purchased for their brides and the third has yet to find a bride. I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else. Kent and Melissa are FABULOUS and lest I forget Amanda who is also awesome. I promise you will not regret visiting this small town shop and neither will that special someone.
